By  Travis:

I would like to say I really love this product. I love DLP as a technology, and I was excited to see this implementation here. I've been following the Glyph for a while now and decided to finally take the plunge. It wouldn't be too much for me to say that I've been extremely excited to own this, as I am a merchant mariner and the idea of bringing these on board my vessel is much more appealing than dragging an HD TV or Projector to my bunk room every month for work.
The good:

When you are sitting there, with the adjustments dialed in, the picture quality is just amazing. The sound is great, well isolated with good range and volume. The experience is private and relaxing and just perfect for viewing great movies or playing games- which I only dabbled with even though I can see that was going to be the best content to consume in this form factor.

The bad:

I ended up returning my unit but I was EXTREMELY conflicted about it. I wanted to love this product to pieces, and at times I really did. However, I could never get my set to give me a uniform focus across both eyes. I tried it both with my bare eyes and while wearing my contacts and received similar results each way. It seemed I could either get sharpness to the edges with a weird blurriness to the middle or I could achieve a beautiful center picture with ghosting and blurry edges. Now, when you are watching content your brain starts to compensate for some of that and that made the experience alright for me, but I really started thinking about it. Would I pay more than $400 for a TV that looked amazing but had these same trade-offs based off of how I placed the TV in the room? No, I don't think I would. So ultimately for me, I could not justify the purchase price with the video quality. That's not to say I didn't love the thing. I tried for a long weekend to convince myself to keep them but found disappointment each time I put them on and had to readjust everything for 20 minutes to enjoy my videos. I would just fiddle and fiddle and fiddle with the adjustments well past the point where I should have been able to sit back and enjoy the movie. Nobody should have to do that, it's highly disruptive to the otherwise wonderful premium experience.

Other:

Another minor issue I had was with cord management. When you are sitting there with the future on your head, you want to feel unencumbered. However, the cords certainly make that hard to do. Ideally this would be a completely wireless technology. I know VR has a similar problem, I'm not knocking the product one point for this- it's the state of the world of tech right now. But when you are plugged in, especially if you have the charger and the HDMI plugged in, it's kind of a drag. You also have to consider your video source. Are you going to sit by your cable box or Blu-Ray player with your head plugged into it? It's easy enough to attach to your phone or laptop but your cable apps on the phone will recognize you are outputting to a digital display and kill your stream and if you are using your laptop you are now sitting with a display on your head while sitting directly in front of another display which is a little weird and redundant for most people.

Again, I hope there will be a version of this product I will be able to own without reservations- but this one isn't it for me. I didn't see any of the same complaints scanning other reviews. I don't know if it's to do with my eyes or what? I'm going to follow this product into the future and look forward to the possibility of revisiting it.'

BEVEL TRIMMER

From the manufacturer:

Bevel trimmer combines innovations in design, power and cleanliness, the Bevel Trimmer is a world-class device for both barbershop and home grooming needs.

By  R C:

First off, I will say that I've done my due diligence in reading ALL the Amazon reviews and watching ALL the Youtube which led me to purchase the very expensive trimmers. I plan to use them to bald my head and groom and trim my beard/goattee. Let me say I absolutely love the trimmers so far. However ,I was a little frustrated with the company because, I pre-ordered the trimmers only to be told that they would not be delivered until December; only to find them on Amazon! It was kind of confusing as a consumer but I ordered them on Amazon and all is well. Upon receiving them I charged them after un-boxing process felt more like I was about to open an iphone (not a bad thing). The clippers performed well and adjusting them will be a breeze. The best feature for me is the ability to use them wirelessly. So far so good.

NUIMO

Nuimo is a smart home controller for your music, lighting and more. Experience seamless interaction in an award-winning design

From the best Amazon review
By jubishop:

The first one of these I ordered came with the top detached and broken. (so much for german quality). The second one was actually assembled correctly, but it was never very useful.

The problem is that it works via bluetooth every time you need to use it, if your phone is ever away from it, it has to be paired again, which takes a good while and is a pain in the butt. By the time I've gotten it paired to bluetooth via my phone to get it working, i might as well have just opened the Sonos app. If you're imagining something that can just sit out and always work on demand, you'll be sorely mistaken. this ended up being useless for me. it now just sits in its box in my garage.

GLOVEONE

Honestly, I couldn't find Gloveone on Amazon so I linked the heading to it's webpage. You can also  get it's Amazon alternative.

From the manufacturer:

Gloveone enables users to feel and touch any virtual object that they can see on the screen or in their VR headsets. If a virtual apple is shown on the screen, with Gloveone you will be able to feel its shape or weight, sense all of its physical features, and even smash it!

It is all about translating touch sensations into vibrations. There are 10 actuators distributed along the palm and fingertips of Gloveone, which vibrate independently at different frequencies and intensities, reproducing accurate touch sensations.
